The July 2, 2024 Board of Directors meeting has been rescheduled. The new meeting date is Thursday, July 11, 2024.
An agenda for the July 11, 2024 meeting will be available later this week.

Homestead Exemption for 2023
At its meeting on March 2, 2023, the Board of Directors of Rolling Creek Utility District voted to grant a residence homestead exemption in the amount of $25,000 for the 2023 tax year to individuals who are disabled or 65 years of age or older. This is an increase from the previous exemption of $10,000.
Board Meetings
Rolling Creek UD has resumed having its Board meetings in-person at the offices of Coats Rose, P.C., at 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas.
Telephonic conference will also be available. Call-in information is listed in the agendas for the meetings of the Board.
Notice of Public Hearing on the 2020 Tax Rate
The ROLLINGCREEK U.D. will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2020 on October 7, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. It is anticipated said meeting will be held via telephone conference pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.125, as amended, and as modified by the Governor of Texas in the Governor’s proclamation concerning the Covid-19 pandemic. The change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in the taxable value of all other property determines the distribution of the tax burden among all property owners.
