Now that the billing transition is complete, your water bill has a new look, and we want to share a few reminders!
With this transition, your new account number and security code, to register for the online Portal, are listed on your water bill in the upper right-hand corner. We invite you to take advantage of convenient online services.
Why Register?
By registering your account, you’ll be able to:
- View and pay your bill online, including eCheck, debit and credit card options
- Set up recurring payments
- Sign up for eBills
- Update your contact information anytime
You may also continue to make payments:
- Online through the new portal
- By Mail
- Over the phone
- Via online bill pay through your financial institution
A Few Changes You Will Notice:
- Your account number has fewer digits
- Your payment ID will be used for online bill pay
- Your water usage graph now shows the year for easier tracking
- Important information will stand out in pink for quick visibility
