Your New Water Bill at a Glance

Dear Customer,

Now that the billing transition is complete, your water bill has a new look, and we want to share a few reminders!

With this transition, your new account number and security code, to register for the online Portal, are listed on your water bill in the upper right-hand corner. We invite you to take advantage of convenient online services.

Why Register?

By registering your account, you’ll be able to:

  1. View and pay your bill online, including eCheck, debit and credit card options
  2. Set up recurring payments
  3. Sign up for eBills
  4. Update your contact information anytime

You may also continue to make payments:

  1. Online through the new portal
  2. By Mail
  3. Over the phone
  4. Via online bill pay through your financial institution

A Few Changes You Will Notice:

  1. Your account number has fewer digits
  2. Your payment ID will be used for online bill pay
  3. Your water usage graph now shows the year for easier tracking
  4. Important information will stand out in pink for quick visibility
